What are Evergreen retreats?

We gather in-person three times a year as a community for day retreats consisting of worship, ministry and connection with other worship leaders.

We've seen the need for those serving in worship ministry to find space to receive rather than to continually pour out, so the Evergreen team have committed to creating this space for young, growing worship leaders to come and just 'be'.

There's no expectation on you. You don't need to think about who's on Sound or when you'll submit your CCLI reports. All you need to do is turn up and receive.

So come and join us for a day of retreat, reflection and receiving.

This year's theme: Abide

When the Evergreen leadership team met to consider 2026, a clear thread emerged as we prayed and discussed. So we're really excited to announce our theme for all the 2026 retreats: Abide.

We'll be journeying through this theme in each season of the year.

• In the summer we'll meet on 12th June at Stampwell Farm, Beaconsfield, to Abide in Wonder. We'll ask God to open us up to the awe, beauty and glory all around us.

Super Early Bird:
£13 until 11th April
Early Bird: £15 until 16th May

• Then as the winter approaches we'll gather on 9th October at Kings Church, Amersham. At that retreat we'll think about what it means to Abide in Sorrow, to remain in Jesus when it hurts, and faciliate acts of worship when people are struggling.

At each day, we’ll kick off at 10am with coffee/tea and a chance to catch up. There will be plenty of time to worship together, as well as to learn from and encourage one another.

10:00 - Arrival
10:30 - Worship
11:30 - Session 1
12:30 - Break for lunch
13:30 - Session 2
15:00 - Worship, Prayer, Ministry
15:30 - End
